The home page contains a simple search form allowing the search by PDB id and metal ion.
The advanced search page contains a search form allowing the search by any of the following: PDB id or NDB id, metal ion, experimental method, resolution, R and free R-values, binding motif and type of binding, distance to any RNA ligand or a combination of the above. It is also possible to search by author name either in the primary or additional references, or both.
